The scheme is based on a re-design of an unfinished and eventually dilapidated house from the 70-ties. The house located in an immediate closeness of the forrests covering the hills around Gdynia, at the same time enjoys the vistas from the upper deck across town towards the port, bay and Hel Peninsula.
